Oyster Kingdom Return/Exchange Policies

Due to jewelry being custom orders, we have the following policies;

• 15 day exchange policy 
  • Customers have 15 days from receipt to submit an exchange request. 
  • Customers will pay for return shipping.
  • Customers will receive store credit equal to the original price of the product. 
  • Customers will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost.

  • Customers will pay for return shipping.  
  • Customers will pay a restocking fee of 20% of the product price. 
  • Customers will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost. 
• 90 day mounting guarantee policy 
  • Customer’s mountings are guaranteed for 90 days
  • Immediately email us at sisters@oysterkingdom.com for a return shipping label.
  • Customer may choose a repair, exchange, or refund.
