Refund policy

Oyster Kingdom Return Policy 

Due to jewelry being custom orders, we have the following policies;
  • 15 day exchange policy
    1. Customers have 15 days from receipt to submit an exchange request.
    2. Customers will pay for return shipping.
    3. Customers will receive store credit equal to the original price of the product. 
    4. Customers will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost. 
  • 15 day return policy
    1. Customer’s have 15 days from receipt to submit a return.
    2. Customers will pay for return shipping. 
    3. Customers will pay a restocking fee of 20% of the product price. 
    4. Customers will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost. 
  • 90 day mounting guarantee policy
    1. Customer’s mountings are guaranteed for 90 days
    2. Immediately email us at sisters@oysterkingdom.com for a return shipping label.
    3. Customer may choose a repair, exchange, or refund.
